Faces and Places of My Boyhood Days in Chester, Penna.
May 1936
by Edward Nothnagle

This is a small (29-page) book written like a "walking tour" of the city of Chester.  The author was born in 1866 and he covers the city of his boyhood days as well as later in his life.  While there is no great detail given on any one person or place, it is a good reference for those seeking to learn more about the history of Chester, and for genealogists looking to... "put some flesh back on the bones of their ancestors."
